R2R Team Leader

Job description

Hartmann’s Finance Shared Service is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage our Record to Report (R2R) team.

  • Manage R2R team (9-10 FTE), coach and mentor team, recognize key employees
  • Monitor deliverables and capabilities to ensure operational excellence and process
    efficiency (financial reports, tax reports, statistical reports)
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for R2R process-related topics
  • Serve as the primary interface for audit processes
  • Drive process standardization across R2R activities to promote consistency and
    efficiency
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures
  • Build strong relationships with the key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong accounting and taxation background
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in managing R2R functions in a shared services environment
  • Excellent communication (English and Hungarian), interpersonal and stakeholder
    management skills
