Team Leader - Process Excellence Team

Job description

We plan to establish a new Process Excellence Team within our Finance department at Hartmann Shared Service (24 FTE). This team will consist of 2-3 members and will focus on driving process optimization, customer experience enhancements, and the adoption of modern tools, including digitalization, automation, and AI solutions. As the Team Leader, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and Coordinate: Oversee the Process Excellence team, set clear goals, define
    action plans, and monitor achievements. Regularly prepare performance summaries
    and progress reports.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the entire Finance Team, as
    well as colleagues from the Danish Headquarters (Group Finance, Controlling, IT).
    Depending on the project, you will also engage with other departments (e.g.,
    Purchasing, Logistics, Sales) to ensure alignment and comprehensive solutions.
  • Voice of the Customer: Understand the needs of our internal customers and use
    insights to drive meaningful process improvements focused on efficiency, and user
    experience.
  • Deliverables and Solutions: Identify key deliverables, conduct end-to-end
    assessments, and develop solutions that empower stakeholders to enhance
    processes and drive improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by
    challenging the status quo, encouraging innovative thinking, and providing coaching
    and mentoring to team members.
  • Digitalization and Innovation: Continuously improve existing processes, design
    effective new ones, and explore digital solutions, including potential AI applications, to
    enhance our finance operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or IT combined with strong business /economical
    skills
  • Knowledge of financial systems, with experience in integrated ERP systems
  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of data analysis and process
  • Exposure to or interest in digital transformation tools, including automation, data
    analytics, or machine learning
  • Willingness to take initiative, be hands on and result driven
  • Excellent communication (English, Hungarian), interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project manegement
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI tools and applications in a professional setting,
    with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies
